Netflix’s last dating show is like an impious union of the masked singer and the face of the reality of Syfy’s prosthetic competition. The sexy beasts puts singles together on blind dates – but the torsion is all that wears prostheses and serious makeup. What better way to get a real sense of the personality of a date, right? Similar to other shows of the Netflix popular reality, like the circle and love are blind, sexy beasts have an intriguing basic concept that provides a lot of inherent comedy (and drama).
But given the time and difficulty putting prostheses and makeup, it will be interesting to see if all this effort leads to another shot for Netflix. Sexy beasts, an adaptation of the BBC three series of 2014, first of July 21st.
